It's still too early for D*C pre-sale photo ops. The D*C site will list the links when they are available. You can check ahead of time though as I think they appear on the photographers site a bit before D*C links them. There are usually 2 photographers which have contracts with different guests.

Some actors will be through Froggy's Photos and I do have their link here. They are showing anything on their events or pre-sales through present. D*C is not on their event list yet. Joe should be available through Froggy's though when D*C comes up.

The other photographer has been Craig Damon but I can't seem to find a current website.
John Sheppard - thunkable, whumpable but absolutely NOT shippable - he's mine and I'm keeping him.

    From the Livejournal site;

If you have not received your postcard, you need to contact me at the office. Also, if you have any changes that need to be made, contact me.

I thought it was odd it didn't have any updates since last October. Or maybe he doesn't do many cons.

He usually only does Dragon*Con and New York Comic Con (NYCC).

My dragon con post card came today. It is safely put away so that I won't loose it and my best friend that is going with me is going to give me her card when she gets it. She has a tendency to loose things and that is not something that I want to have to go searching for right before we leave.

Just was on the SGMT facebook page. Jenn said that SGMT store should be up and running on line by the end of the weekend. Yeah! I want to get my order in so that I know that I will be getting it.

I just ordered my stuff from the Stargate Multi Universe Track Store. I got everything that I wanted and it is already paid for. So that is one thing that I don't have to worry about once I hit Atlanta.

Here's a link to the SGMT store. http://sgmultiverse.org/store.html

    The theme this year:
Know Your Role: The 2012 Theme!! Are you a Commanding Officer? A rank-and-file Warrior? Maybe you're the sharpest Scientific Mind of your generation?? Or are you more of an Ambassador to the cultures and peoples of the world... er... Multiverse?? Our 2012 weekend will be packed with panels and events to show off your skills and your team, so look for more information in the weeks to come!!

Here's another website that has come up with some preliminary D*C information that will have pre-sales for autographs and photo ops for some of the guests. I do not know if they will represent any of the Stargate guests.

Just knocked another thing off of the pre con to do list. I found an awesome deal on a 3 piece set of luggage 25 in roller, 20 inch roller, and a shoulder bag for $50. So that is done. Now just have to wait for con time.

No SG guests on their lists yet but both photographers have updated their sites for Dragon*Con and have started listing some pre-sales. Keep checking back for additions.

Quick question - this is my first time to D*C should I go ahead an buy my photo-ops in advance or can I buy them on site when I pick up my badge on Thursday?

    Thanks,

Either way. You would buy you're photo ops on-site at the photo op locations. They are in a different hotel than registration. I haven't heard that any sell out unless an actor is extremely popular and/or has a very limited time (like only 1 day) at the con. Most guests are there multiple days (3-4) and have photo ops on 2 or 3 days. I don't think there are any photo ops on Mondays only Friday - Sunday.

What taris said... I really don't think many sell out, unless you're a Vampire Diary fan

Convention registration is in the Sheraton. Froggy's normally in the bottom floor of the Marriott, and Craig's are usually on sale in the Hilton. If it's like previous years, Craig's tickets are on sale in the room opposite the Walk of Fame (with Julie Caitlen Brown) while the pictures are taken in a room upstairs. I don't think any of the photo-ops tables open until Friday morning though.

For Froggy you have to exchange receipts for actual tickets so there may be no difference, however while they will take credit on site, the cash line seemed to move much faster. At least they don't charge a per ticket surcharge for pre-ordering them like Creation does.
