So far the numbers are showing Fringe as having a 3.53 rating and 1.5/5 in the 18-49 demographic last night.

Good increase but comparing it to the premiere of Season 3's ratings just aint right

Still if Fox/Kevin Riley are being serious when they said if the show can maintain its current numbers then we should be safe.

I totally agree. Box or not, we do still matter. Nothing but good things can happen when a fan-base grows.

If my math is correct, Fringe has been averaging a 6.6 in the adults 18-49 category, I stress the 'IF' part

4x01 -1.5 + 4x02 - 1.3 + 4x03 - 1.2 + 4x04 - 1.3 + 4x05 - 1.3 = 6.6

Add to that the fact that the show has remained steady in the final numbers for FIVE EPISODES IN A ROW.

Good, hopefully things do remain pretty steady. I just don't want any kind of major drop-off at some point.
