Online is easier for me to connect with people because it's less personal.. more anonymous.

Yeah, and I don't trust the Word and I definitely don't trust other Christians simply because they are people and "Everybody Lies" .. Yep! I'm cynical.

    Hey lg! *hugs*

For online being anonymous, you certainly are open about things. I guess that's just how I see it.

Sorry for whoever's let you down. Cynical is ok, as long as your work through it.

It's cause no one can see me and I could care less if some random person on the internet has a bad opinion of me.. *shrugs*

I guess I understand. Online I feel like I can be more outgoing...isn't that weird.

Such is life. With what I have hear about your folks, I don't blame you for being cynical toward religion.

That's the whole point about the internet though; you're able to be more outgoing because you don't have the people standing in your living room, judging you.

As you said, such is life.

I'm sure people still judge me. But whatever.
Actually, being online has also helped my RL outgoingness...

As it turns out, sending me the RR wasn't helping with getting it written at all. Depression has chosen now of all times to sink in hard and I'm pretty much finding it hard to get out of bed let alone write. Sorry guys.

*big hugs* Take your time, sweetie. No worries, we have no deadline for this. *hugs again* Do you need some cheering up? I can try my best!

    Hey ladies!!! *hugs*

    I'm home!

Camp was AWESOME! We had SOOOO much fun just hanging out with the kids, but there was also a TON of work involved as well. Plus my kids did a song in American Sign Language for the talent show and TIED with the group that always wins!

    Thanks.

Not right now. I got home today, so I'm watching SG-1 since I don't want to do anything that requires thinking!

    Thanks!

Since our camp was for kids 6-12 yo, we get done on Thursday night since a lot of kids who are there aren't used to being away from home.

Gotcha. I'm at a family camp, so entire families come up here and stay in cabins or apartments.

Our Family Camp is in late July. Youth Camp, 13-18 yo, is first full week of June. Then children's camp (or Crusader's Camp) is two weeks later. I take my daughter to Crusader's Camp for one more year as a camper, then she'll start learning how to work a camp as a junior staffer.

Good for her! I kinda wish I had worked on staff here at our camp...but it doesn't pay the greatest.

    Hey, everyone!

Just wanted to stop in and say hello. Been pretty sick with a bad case of bronchitis, so haven't been around much.

Oh no! Sorry you aren't feeling well. Hope you get better! Bronchitis is nothing to mess with.

Sorry to hear you aren't feeling well. *hugs* Hope you feel better soon...

Just an FYI RE the RR - I'm going to be busy this week with cleaning and learning some songs for the church choir so I won't be able to do much writing until after next Sunday.
