A Stargate Time Line Question

I have both complete box sets & I am one episode shy of finishing up season 3 of SG1. Fun question is this, should I just continue on the path of watching episodes in order as is? I found the Time Line on this site and it is awesome! I am thinking of changing up my viewing methods and watch the episodes in order of the time line starting with Avalon Part 2 and going from there. Do you guys think watching the episodes in a time line order would be cool?

This may not be what you're asking, however, if you watch SG1 up to mid-season 8, you will find that's about where SGA starts. And then SGU follows shortly after SGA finished in Season 5. A few things might make more sense if you see them in that order, but it isn't really necessary.

They're all part of the same continuity.

I was lucky enough to start watching SGA alongside SG-1 at the right time (mentioned above). It was interesting to see the events happening at the same time ^^
