My two favorites would have to be Revenge of the Sith and Return of the Jedi, though Empire Strikes Back is virtually tied for those two.

Episode III -- Revenge of the Sith [Anakin's betrayal, the Jedi slaughter, Yoda vs. the Emperor, Anakin vs. Obi Wan, baby Luke held up against the rising sun as a sign of A New Hope , etc.]
Episode V -- The Empire Strikes Back [I am your father! In carbonite!]
Episode VI -- Return of the Jedi [That Ewok trying to wake his dead friend. ]
Episode II -- Attack of the Clones [Lil flippin' Yoda!]
Episode IV -- A New Hope [Eh.]
Episode I -- The Phantom Menace [Gag.]

I'm definitely a Trekkie, but I've been around so many of y'all [whatchumacallit?] Warsies in the past few years, I've come to understand and love the movies and, to an extent, the extended universe.
Revenge of the Sith had the greatest emotional impact of the movies, not to mention the best lightsaber action. I didn't think any SW movie would top The Empire Strikes Back, but Revenge of the Sith did.
At the bottom of the list... Phantom Menace was, for the most part, bad. The teenaged Padme and the very very VERY young Anakin especially. It was just creepy.
Ironic how the best movies seem to be the ones where the Sith win.

'The Empire Strikes Back' is out front, as expected, but I voted for Revenge of the Sith. Poor Anakin. Poor Padme. Poor Jedi. Poor everybody! Cool space battles and lightsaber duels!
