I remember the girl has some sort of mark/bruising/scratch on her stomach but...can't for the life of me remember how she got it.

And I really don't want to right click on the image to check out if the episode title is there...nor do I want to check Super Wiki as it would feel like cheating.

The J. Love Hewitt one was (in Asylum) Dean asking Sam "Hey, Sam, who do you think is a hotter psychic: Patricia Arquette, Jennifer Love Hewitt, or you?" Referencing ladies who see and talk to dead people. Ghosts. I think we all know who the hotter psychic is.

The other two are...

I think I can take a shot at your pix, w_c. All these are people who called the boys for help, and they had a history together. Dean and John helped the airline guy with a Poltergeist problem, Cassie used to be Dean's girlfriend, and the woman in the last shot (BTW, it's from Swap Meat, RiG) used to be the boys' babysitter.

Had to go back to the transcript to find this clue, does that count? I didn't know the name when I first watched the ep, that's why it didn't ring a bell. Meg mentions "something" (i.e. Chad) Michael Murray, who was on Gilmore Girls like Jared.
