I've added some already known stuff to posts 2-6.

Question: Any interesting Fringe news? —Sara
Ausiello: We’ll find out what makes Broyles tick this season. Among the revelations: “He’s ex-military,” reveals his portrayer, Lance Reddick, “which probably won’t surprise anyone. You will find out that he’s a colonel and has a very long history with the Fringe division. You will also find out why I got divorced later in the season and my ex-wife will be on screen. We will meet her and that is interesting. That’s actually a big episode for Broyles. In the same episode, we revisit an old case of mine that comes back and rears its ugly head.”

As the title of the season finale hinted, will there really be two of everything this season on Fringe? — Matt
MICKEY: We posed this question to Blair Brown, who plays the cybernetic corporate shark Nina Sharp, and she thinks that's pretty much accurate. There are two realities, after all. But here's a question: How can Dr. Bell live over there? Why hasn't he bumped into his other self? We have no idea, but did Brown say too much when she revealed that Nina Sharp and William Bell can never be in the same room at the same time? Think about it.

J.J. Abrams reveals Fringe, Trek 2 and MI4 news

By the time J.J. Abrams made his way down the red carpet for Fox's annual Fall Eco-Casino Party, a group of reporters had to share his limited time. Abrams tried to stall them by playing with their flip cameras and promoting his buddy Greg Grunberg's iPhone app Yowza. SCI FI Wire pressed hard for answers to questions on Fringe's second season, Lost's final season and film projects Star Trek 2 and Mission: Impossible IV. We picked up a few tidbits from the gaggle, too.

      From E! Online:

      H. Malik: Hello from a desperate Peter-Olivia fan on Fringe. Please, please, please give me something P/O-ish. I broke my toe!
Hope this Peter-Olivia info will make you feel better soon: There are actually some semitender Peter-Olivia moments in the premiere—cold, hard Olivia even lets her guard down at one point and asks Peter for personal help. This could just be another pointless tease, or it could be a sign that the show is finally turning a corner on this key relationship!

        Fringe - Anna Torv Interview

On September 17th, the Fox television drama Fringe is returning for a second thrilling season, as it will continue to explore the unexplained phenomena and terrifying occurrences linked throughout the world, and known as "The Pattern," in pursuit of a larger, more shocking truth.

The FBI's Fringe Division formed when Special Agent Olivia Dunham (Anna Torv) enlisted the help of institutionalized fringe scientist Walter Bishop (John Noble) and his son, Peter (Joshua Jackson), to save her partner and lover from a shocking, indescribable death. Since then, the Fringe team imagines and tests the impossible while investigating unbelievable events, bizarre crimes and mystifying cases involving teleportation, reanimation, genetic mutation, precognition, artificial intelligence, and now parallel realities.

Series star Anna Torv spoke to the press about how Season 2 promises to answer questions, as well as bring new ones to the surface, while the dynamics between the three lead characters will continue to develop and shift.

Please tell me that Olivia and Peter are the leads who kiss on Fringe! — Pam
MICKEY: I can say no such thing, Pam, but I will say this: Peter doesn't really have any significant scenes with Olivia in the season premiere. But he does spend some QT with both Agent Amy Jessup (new cast member Meghan Markle) and Olivia's sister Rachel (Ari Graynor).

How long before we see Dr. Bell again on Fringe? — Manuel
MICKEY: Which reality are we in when Season 2 begins? That's a key question to the season premiere — and, presumably, the entire season. Certain events might lead you to believe we're "over there" (you know, where Dr. Bell lives), while others might convince you otherwise. The answer could mean the difference between life and death. In any case, I'm told we'll see Dr. Bell again this fall, but not right away.

Question: Will Olivia and Peter ever get together on Fringe? —Sara

Ausiello: Anna Torv doesn’t think the show should pull the trigger on Polivia for at least another year. “I think definitely we should wait until next season,” she told me at the Emmys. “That’s the way it goes on TV, right? You stretch it for as long as you can.” Yeah, that’s the drill. Torv also revealed that Olivia will get back “over there” in an upcoming episode. “We do go back and get to see the rest of that scene [from the finale].”

Fringe is making me crazy! How am I supposed to know which universe we're in? — Craigger
MICKEY: "Have we been secretively 'over there' when there weren't clues?" asks executive producer Jeff Pinkner. "No. When Olivia crosses over, she will be aware and the audience will be aware. We're not trying to trick anybody." Easy for you to say, Jeff! If you're still confused about what happened to Olivia in that "car crash," fear not: I have it on very good authority that an upcoming episode will deal with that issue head-on, so to speak.
