Lou Diamond Phillips has just been announced as the Ball's first guest at one of SFevents current conventions.

The convention will be held in the Carrington Court Hotel in Bournemouth, Southern England.

The standard weekend ticket includes a three course gala meal and cabaret on the Saturday night.


For the past few years the Ball has had a guest from Battlestar Galactica (previously Mary McDonnell, Jamie Bamber, James Callis, Aaron Douglas) and Star Trek (previous years have seen Robert Picardo, Garrett Wang, Kate Mulgrew, Patrick Stewart, Gates McFadden, Marina Sirtis, Michael Dorn, Andrew Robinson, Jennifer Lien, LeVar Burton, Nichelle Nichols, etc)
