I'm going to call that a misprint. The Syfy renewal announcement said it was for 22 episodes. Unless the order's been cut down, or they pull a 'Razor'.
Well, Eureka always did great on Tuesdays so I suspect it'll mean just returning to its old timeslot. And really, SGU shouldn't factor into this, since it's a fall show and Eureka is a summer show. Though there may be some overlap if they do the summer/fall airing like they did last year.
If I had to guess, I'd say that the summer lineup will be Warehouse 13/Caprica on the same night, and as those come to an end, Eureka on alone until SGU starts up, and then Eureka/SGU Tuesdays.
Sounds like winning combinations to me.
http://www.poptower.com/news-14752/j...r-season-4.htmNEW YORK, NEW YORK—"Eureka," Syfy's popular original dramedy series, has cast actor Jamie Kennedy ("Ghost Whisperer," "Scream" trilogy), for a guest appearance on the show's fourth season. Eureka is currently being filmed on location in Vancouver, B.C. Syfy has ordered 20 episodes of the series, which will premiere July 9, 2010 at 9PM ET/PT. Kennedy joins a lineup of previously announced guest stars including Jaime Ray Newman, Matt Frewer and Wil Wheaton.
Jamie Kennedy will play Dr. Ramsey in the episode entitled "The Story of O2," directed by series star Colin Ferguson. In the episode, Sheriff Jack Carter (Ferguson) leaves Eureka to visit his daughter Zoe (Jordan Hinson) at Harvard while the town celebrates Space Week. A new self-propagating oxygen technology developed by Dr. Ramsey in order to potentially colonize on Mars mysteriously begins to build up in the atmosphere above Eureka threatening to incinerate the entire town. The episode is scheduled to premiere Friday, July 30, 2010.
http://www.poptower.com/news-13970/e...il-wheaton.htmNEW YORK, NY—Actor, author and blogger Wil Wheaton of the popular television series "Star Trek: The Next Generation" and the classic film "Stand By Me," has signed for a guest starring appearance on the 4th season of "Eureka," one of Syfy's most popular original series. The new season is slated to return to Syfy on Friday, July 9 at 9:00PM ET/PT.
In episode 403 of Eureka titled "All The Rage," sci-fi fan favorite Wheaton plays the brilliant Dr. Isaac Parrish, head of the Non-Lethal Weapons Lab at Global Dynamics. Parrish's dry wit and superior attitude make him a thorn in Fargo's (Neil Grayston) side—with potentially disastrous consequences. The episode featuring Wheaton is scheduled to air on Friday, July 23rd.
“Eureka†and “Warehouse 13†Team Up For Crossover Episodes
http://tvbythenumbers.com/2010/05/19...source=twitterCROSSOVER EVENT STARTS ON WAREHOUSE 13 TUESDAY, AUGUST 3, AND CONTINUES ON EUREKA FRIDAY, AUGUST 6
Warehouse 13’s Allison Scagliotti visits the town of Eureka. Neil Grayston of Eureka visits Warehouse 13
New York, NY – May 19, 2010 – Warehouse 13 and Eureka, Syfy’s top scripted series, are joining together for the first time ever for a pair of crossover episodes this summer, it was announced today by Mark Stern, Executive Vice President of Development, Syfy, and Co-Head Original Content, Universal Cable Productions.
In the episodes, which are currently filming, Douglas Fargo (Neil Grayston) of Eureka’s Global Dynamics is sent to Warehouse 13 to help update its aging computer system. This triggers a seemingly sentient computer virus that sends the Warehouse into lockdown and traps the team inside. The Warehouse 13 episode is entitled “13.1†and will air on Tuesday, August 3, at 9PM (ET/PT).
The Eureka episode entitled “Crossing Over,†will air on Friday, August 6, at 9PM (ET/PT). Warehouse 13’s Claudia Donovan (Allison Scagliotti) pays a visit to Eureka, hoping to see some amazing technological wonders. She gets more than she bargained for when seemingly random objects begin appearing around town. Working with Sheriff Carter (Colin Ferguson) and Fargo, Claudia has to help solve the mystery before the strange anomalies have deadly consequences…particularly for newcomer Dr. Grant (James Callis).
Rene Auberjonois (Boston Legal and Star Trek: Deep Space Nine) will guest star in the Warehouse 13 episode as former Warehouse agent Hugo Miller.
Hell yes! Good to know that WH13 and Eureka are in the same universe
That is really exciting, these 2 shows actually play pretty well on one another so the crossover aspects should flow pretty well!
Any ideas on how they're going to explain Artie was once a scientist over in EUReKA?
Makes perfect sense to me as a good place to recruit potential warehouse personnel, someone really smart and has a mind without limits.
It's a good idea there, but I was in reference to the actor who plays Artie also guest starred in a S1 episode of EUReKA.
I'm guessing they'll just pretend that never happened!
Neurotic twin brother maybe?
How about the fact that both Jo and Zane were in Vegas under different names in WH13?
I love the new trailer they've got out. Looks like an interesting season, and I always like it when James Calis is in something.
