Yeah true. If they didn't like them to start with why still waste time on them. But I do think they could have been better, I also kinda wish they kept more to the game with the characters from the game and not so much hi-tech stuff in the movies. But saying that I still really enjoy the movies and am looking forward to the new one

Not sure but I'm hoping it gets released in Scotland not long after the US release.

I've never seen any of the Resident Evil movies fully mainly because they are not like the games at all and more of an action series compared to survival horror. But seeing how I don't really play games anymore I think I will watch them the next time they are on TV....or I could get them on Blu-Ray...

I saw all three movies and the animated one, and I liked them. The third one (Extinction, if I'm not mistaken) was my least favorite out of the three. Resident Evil, the first movie, is great for its "newness", but for special effects, movie quality and storyline I like the second one (Apocalypse) better (but it had a bigger budget probably). I must say I liked all three original movies, though. Each of them had something different, and I don't find them always as easy to compare. And I played the games a few times, but PC/computer/console/... games haven't been my thing.

Isn't the animated one directly a story related to the games, it would be kinda cool to have a crossover thing.

I don't know. I watched it, but I have barely played the games so I wouldn't know. I could understand most of the plot without having played the games. It wasn't a really good movie, though. More like a series of inter-game videos all put together. If had been that, it had been a very good serie of inter-game videos, but it was a movie, and as movie I didn't like it. Maybe others closer to the games did, or could possible enjoy it more/better...

I've played the first one, the second, and I think some of the third. Got the fifth one but not played it yet. Wesker If I remember correctly was in the first one along with Jill and Chris Redfield.

I wish No. I live in a measly council house. 4 in a block

I heard good things about FF XIII

Cool, she's awesome. Saw her on Mutant X and took an instant liking to her Also saw her on Flash Gordon, believe me that was the only reason I watched it And also saw her on Adventures Inc? I think that was the name. She on anything else yet? I wish her shows would stop getting cancelled

Drive the neighbours out and then you can have the block to yourself

I watched the trailers on youtube. I need the game now!!

I likes her too. I've seen her in MX and Flash. Not seen her in adventure Inc yet Cant find it anywhere!! Is it good?
Not sure what else she's in though (apart from my daydreams).

    hmm *starts to plot*

Me loves resi games Haven't played FF yet though cause, well....I haven't got it

Yeah it's okay. But I wouldn't have watched it if she wasn't in it *shrugs* It was on a Sky channel last year, damned if I can remember what channel it was. I actually came across it by accident when I was channel hopping, I was ill and it was the only thing to do cause I was stuck in bed (and day time TV sucks ) Oh you have it bad She would be awesome in a Scifi/Action flick or a Horror/Action flick She can kick some butt I was thinking (yes I do that on occasion But usually I need to lie down afterwards ) I think she would have made a better Claire Redfield than Ali Larter. I have nothing against Ali, I think she's a fine actress but I just don't think she was the right person to play Claire *shrugs*

I completed Resident Evil 5 IMO Resi Evil is second only to Metal gear in gamplay and overall awesomeness I don't wanna give away too much about the game in case there are folks that haven't played it yet, but at first I wasn't sure about the game but the further I got in the game the more I started to like it I also downloaded 2 extra chapters from Playstation store. Like I said, I don't wanna give away too much but one chapter you play a different character and how they managed to escape to safety, the other chapter you are back at the mansion where it all began all those years ago. But you are there years later for swomethign I won't go into detail about cause it's too spoliery But lets just say the Mansion hasn't changed a bit, it brought back a lot of those feelings and anticipatioon and everything else you felt when first you first played the game all those years ago. Not knowing what to expect. The feeling when you first stepped inside the mansion into the entrance hall, when you first walked down that corridor where you came across the first Zombie, going down the other corridor where the Dogs crashed thorugh the window. Ah the memories The first Resident Evil will always be my favourite, it'll always hold a special place in my heart Like I said to FoXy, I know Zombie movies were done to death by now, but there was just something so fresh and Original about Resident Evil

Oh and I watched the first movie again at the weekend. I've got them all on blu-ray now, it's so cool seeing them in HD and on a 50" screen

Are you sure it's the same mansion? I thought that was destroyed at the end of the first game when the area was nuked.
