Actually it was both! Bad writing over using time travel as a plot devise. In season 1 and even in season 2 time travel wasnt that over done (well apart from Hiro's extended stay in Japan), with Five Years Gone, the best example of time travel ive seen in years. But in season 3 (vol3) i was relied on way to much.

Honestly though, I doubt we've seen the last of time travel. I wouldn't be surprised if some other random time traveler shows up, further bogging down the cast.

I liked the way they handled it early on, and I'm hoping with the reboot in the writing they'll eventually get back to the way they were doing it before.

I hope that Hiro regains his full power suite, however they've got to stop using it as the go-to motivation.

Hiro will get his power back, but I like him because he is responsable about using it. I wouldn't be upset if nobody else ever got that power again though....only Hiro.

Good concept, but Heroes has promised us no time travel in this volume.

Hiro's power also allows him, with others, to teleport and freeze time without actually travelling through it.
