    Default asgard breaching ancient sheilds?

    At the end of lost tribe when Meredith was speaking to Daniel when he was on the hospital bed and daniel says shouldnt you be figuring out how to keep the asgard out of our sheilds again and then meredith responds ah already figured that out, did any one catch on how he did figured it out? if not any theories?

    It is disappointing that the issue was so quickly and silently solved : having someone with the capability to bypass the Atlantis shields would have made possible some interesting plots.

    Just a guess : Rodney maybe has reprogrammed the shield control system to randomize the shield frequencies more frequently.

    Recalibrate the shield harmonics to a different frequency, and the Asgard weapons aboard our ships now fire on a random, rotating, modulating frequency.

    Asgard were in the great alliance with the ancients, so that information must have been shared.

    Maybe there's a log of shield activities just like there was a log of the subspace frequencies of sort and he patched it.

    The last time I checked, this wasn't Star Trek. That really would be the final nail in the coffin for technological problem solving on Atlantis.
