Worst Visual or Special effect

What is the worst visual or special effect in the new series?

I am gonna say the modified P90's in the doctors daughter, when the fired it looked so unrealistic

dalek self destruct. it looked silly, and why would a dalek have self destruct anyway!!!

I vote for the beetle in Turn Left. It looked like it was made of cheap plastic. It probably was.

I vote for the TARDIS being burnt to a crisp in the ending of series four, when the Daleks try to send it to the furnace with Donna inside, that was bloody awful, the idea was a peice of shyte to begin with, the execution was dire and don't even get me started on the fake as FOOK special effects.


P.S: please don't construe that with a hatred of Dr Who, sure it's not the best of the best, but it aint the worst either!!, Dro who is cool, it's dull in parts and it dosen't try to pretend it's not...however in recent series it seems to have suffered a bit of a gradious disorder, trying to compete with the big-uns, why!!!?

Dr Who should look cheesy at times, be sill and daft in parts, it's what makes Dr Who, but some times, I think the New Series seaons have taken themselves a tad too serious.
