I'm sorry you had to remve your stuff off of FF.net, it makes me sad that all those beautiful stories were rendered into useless junk all because of the dividers you chose... I find myself lucky since I tended to either use words to divide my stories or word's or ff's divider line. I'm very glad you have them all archived on your own site! Something I've never gotten around to doing, and considering the frequency that websites change, I should, but then again, I only have a handfull of stories.

Besides stuff by Denise, for those of you that think there isn't enough kidfic out that that features a miniturized Sam, I'd recommend Nine by SG1-Fanfic
(I would also reccomend just about anyting elese by the author, and if you click on her profile page, she has a list of pretty good stuff there too, all with Sam focus in some way or another)

It's Great to be Eight? is another good one, with an aware eight year old Sam by janissima. (link edited and now correct)

I love almost everything by Strix Varia, another good Sam writer and she has an "ultimate Sam Whumpage" web page. I especially love The Knifes Edge of Madness.

And lastly, SGCBearcub's Monkey Screaming trilogy. the first in the series is a little Jack focused, but the 2nd and the third especially I think Sam and SG-1 were done wonderfully. I've linked to SGCBearcub's profile. There is an alternate version of Monkey Screaming 3 with adult content, that used to be on Helio but was lost in thier last revamp. The version on FF.net has the adult content removed, if anyone knows where you can now find the unedited version I'd love a link.

Well that's a good start, I have lots more in my collection, since I love to read (and write!) Sam fic!

Eight, Nine... whatev...

I wrote a seven year old Sam (and what's funny is the authors of eight and nine beta'd... what can i say, we love each other's works!)

Now I'm writing another, I guess I feel there is a short supply of Sam centered kidfic! I don't know if I'll write more though, GP had unaware, and now Elementary has aware... and that's about all I wanted. Of course... there's my disatisfaction with the way Fragile Balance ended.. so who knows?

Hey, does anyone know what happened to the Carterfic website? It was a year, maybe two ago, beatiful site, i think done in a shade of red and white and similar to the build for Heliopolis and the SG-1 Littleverse, and probably a dozen or so other sites. My link just keeps giving me error messages, and I remember that they were having technical problems. Any idea where the site is now? The only Carterfic site I can find now doesn't look anything at all like the first site. I miss it.

This was great. Nice little unexpected twist there. I think we could use a sequel in the AU world for later seasons when the unexpected acquaintance shows up.
