H ~ Haemovore - Haemovores appeared in the Seventh Doctor story 'The Curse of Fenric' (1989).

Vampiric creatures that fed on blood, they were the end result of human evolution in a possible far future, caused by millennia of pollution. As part of his final game against the Doctor, the entity known as Fenric (Fenrir ) transported the most powerful Haemovore (called the "Ancient One") through time to Viking Age Northumbria. There it waited, trapped beneath the North Sea for centuries, occasionally drawing victims into the water and transforming them into Haemovores.

I ~ Ice Warriors (Reptilian humanoid alien race from the planet Mars. Ice Warriors isn't actually the name of their species but was actually applied to them by a scientific survey from Earth. The Ice Warriors first appeared in the 1967 story The Ice Warriors and then returned in the 1968 story The Seeds of Death. An Ice Warrior was briefly seen in the 1969 story The War Games but they didn't make another full appearance until the 1972 story The Curse of Peladon. The Ice Warriors then returned two years later for the story The Monster of Peladon which served as a sequel to The Curse of Peladon. To date, The Monster of Peladon was the last appearance of the Ice Warriors on-screen. However they have been used in various books, comics, and audio adventures and the 8th Doctor even had an Ice Warrior as a companion aboard the TARDIS in his comic strip adventures.)

J ~ Jagaroth - The Jagaroth are an ancient and extinct race of aliens introduced in the Fourth Doctor serial 'City of Death'. The Doctor remarked that the Jagaroth were “a vicious, callous, warlike race whom the universe won't miss.” The story reveals that life on earth moved from being amino acids in a primordial soup to functioning cells because a Jagaroth space ship exploded on earth 400 million years ago. (Due to an error by production, it should have been 4,000 million years, or 4 billion years ago.)

K ~ Keeper of Traken, The (1980 story starring Tom Baker as "The Doctor", Matthew Waterhouse as "Adric", and introducing Sarah Sutton as "Nyssa". This story marked the return of The Master as a recurring villain. In this story The Master is played by Geoffrey Beever's who then hands the role over to Anthony Ainley at this stories conclusion. This story is considered by fans to be the first part of a loose trilogy of stories featuring the Master. It is followed by the 1981 story Logopolis and concluded with the 1982 story Castrovalva.)

M ~ Macra - The Macra first appear in the 1967 Second Doctor story 'The Macra Terror'. They are an intelligent, giant crab-like species from an unnamed planet colonised by humanity in the future. The Macra invade the control centre of the colony and seize the levers of power without the colonists — including their Pilot — knowing what had happened. Thereafter the Macra only appear at night, when the humans are in their quarters, observing a curfew. They have strong hypnotic powers which alter human perception.

The Second Doctor effects a revolution on the Macra planet and helps engineer an explosion in the control centre, destroying the Macra in charge.

The Macra also feature in the 2007 episode "Gridlock", becoming the only one-off opponent of the Doctor in the classic series to appear in the revived series so far. In the episode, some Macra are found to be alive below New New York, a city of New Earth.

Q ~ Quarks - The Quarks appeared in the Second Doctor serial 'The Dominators'.

The Quarks were used on Dulkis by the Dominators to enslave and terrorise the indigenous Dulcian population to ensure the drilling of bore holes through the planet's crust. The Dominators planned to use their technology to fire seeds down the holes which would force the core to erupt, thus providing a new fuel source for their fleet.

R ~ Romanadvoratrelunder (Romana (for short) is a Time Lady She was a travelling companion to the 4th Doctor. Romana joined him in the 1978 story The Ribos Operation to help in the search for the six segments to the Key to Time. The first incarnation of Romana made her last appearance in the story The Armageddon Factor.

Romana regenerated into her second incarnation at the beginning of the 1979 story Destiny of the Daleks. At the conclusion of the 1980 story Meglos she was recalled to Gallifrey. But before the TARDIS could get there it fell into a Charged Vacuum Emboitment (CVE for short) and into a pocket universe called E-Space in the following story Full Circle. Romana decided at the conclusion of the story Warriors' Gate to remain in E-Space for new challenges after realising that life in the universe was better than anything on Gallifrey.

A past version of Romana still travelling with the Doctor was Time Scooped to become involved in the Game of Rassilon on Gallifrey in the 1983 story The Five Doctors but both became trapped. She and the Doctor were eventually returned to where they were snatched from with no memory of ever being gone after the Game was successfully won by the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and 5th Doctor's. Romana's 1st incarnation was played by Mary Tamm and Romana's 2nd incarnation was played by Lalla Ward.)

S ~ Skaro - Skaro is a planet of roughly the same mass and dimensions as Earth, and the twelfth planet from its sun. It has a single continent that is divided into east and west halves of almost equal size. When the Doctor first visits the planet in the 1963 serial The 'Daleks', Skaro is a nuclear wasteland, whose principle features are a petrified forest, a lake containing ferocious failed Dalek mutations, and the Dalek city.

Skaro is apparently destroyed sometime in the 30th Century through the actions of the Seventh Doctor, when the stellar manipulator device known as the Hand of Omega turns Skaro's sun supernova ('Remembrance of the Daleks')

T ~ Time and the Rani - (1987 story which marked the first appearance of Sylvester McCoy as "The 7th Doctor". Also starring Bonnie Langford as "Melanie 'Mel' Bush" and marks the second and, to date, final appearance of Kate O'Mara as "The Rani".)

On a more personal note, at age 6, Time and the Rani is when my first real memories of watching Doctor Who start from. I have vague memories of watching a bit of Peter Davison and Colin Baker between 1984 and 1986 but everything from 1987 I remember clear as day. Sylvester McCoy's 7th Doctor I consider to be my childhood Doctor.
