Wraith prey

I was thinking about how the wraith feed on humans.

1. Why do the feed on humans only?
2. Why dont they feed on cattle or animals in general?
3. Why dont they raise humans as they do wraith for food?

They could live a somewhat peaceful life and create a great empire if they just did those things

Why spend time and energy raising humans when U can simply let them raise themselves and get to sleep for hundreds of years? Lazy b@$+@rd$.

And why create an empire when there isn't a threat to your species?

Well if i remember correctlly in like the first episode they said something like "the last great culling was many generations ago" and "they come to cull their human herd" so they consider us their animals and slaves and we could never do anything to them

IMO an episode from the wraith perspective, done like Interview with a vampire would be cool..

I do not belive that they have the abllity to feed on other things. It because they feed off themself and when I say they feed of themself it the bug DNA in them that does that. They must feed off human because the wraith does not have as much Human in them.
