Mckay and female Compainion

I think to add more realism within the show , the show must develop relationship wisely. I am not suggesting that the writers should screen more of the teams intimate moments on screen. What i would hope if is this new female character would somehow have a personality of her own........NOT A FEMALE version of Sheppard. I hope also that Mckay will be able to develop withing the romance realms. He seems very reserved and should have a close female compainion as oppossed to a male compainion Dr Zelenka. Teyla has Ronon and vice versa. John has Teyla and Ronon. Yet Mckay only really had Katie who was at his quriky level .

Mckay needs a female Compainion. She doesnt have to be at his academic level or smart . Just FEMALE

Mackay's got a kind of love-hate relationship with Dr Zelenka. What we should see is that kind of relationship but with a female.
