What happened to the Tokra? Did they all get killed? I haven't seen too many episodes from season 8-10 of SG1. But I don't care if you spoil it for me. I was just wondering why they weren't mentioned in AoT at all.

They are only mentioned in season 9 but show up in the second to last episode of the series.
One would think sgc would share baals cloning technology with them, since theyre dying anyways cloning degregation isnt much of a deterrant.

We have Ba'als cloning technology to share since when now? And the Tok'ra are not looking for clones. They do not want 29 Tok'ra with the same personality.

They're still out there, probably just trying to stay safe. I'm pretty sure we'll see them in some small capacity in Continuum.

Ba'al kept the cloning tech, as far as I remember.
I agree with you that the Tok'ra would never want clones.They valued their individuality too highly to use the sarcophagus to heal themselves and their hosts from even mortal injuries .
(They were happy to use the Healing devices though.Presumably there were no addictive effects from those gadgets.)
I think they're probably still out there in SG-Plotland ,keeping tabs on any revival of the Goa'uld/Ba'al .Maybe they'll be back onscreen in one of the movies ?

Of course you don't want the same personality but imagine you could clone a Tok'ra like Selmak/ Jacob. When the original one is dead, the clone would still be alive and continue when it grows very old or is shot down. Compare it with a backup from a computer. Now with the technology we recovered in season 9, you could let the clone know what happened with the original one.
