Gwen said in Meat that none of them have partners outside of here (meaning TW). With her comments about Jack's bedroom manners in Sleeper, maybe, just maybe Ianto & her chat. I doubt the second point myself, though. Anyhow, I think she knows. Tosh's talk about sad singles make it obvious that she doesn't know, and I don't thing Owen does either. Love the looks from Ianto during that conversation!

I think Owen probably has a good idea aboutit too... remember in 'End of days' jack hugs everyone but snogs Ianto.

I was wondering when she was saying about Jacks bed habits that she had personal experience of them but it makes complete sense that she would speak that way if Ianto had told her. As well as the end of 'Meat', it looks that way.

i didn't want them to go rushing into eachothers arms or anything but a quick 'Ianto, you ok?' across the room wouldn't have gone unmissed.

I see your point maybe it should have gone something like this

"You okay?"
*nods head*
"Go after them!"

You know it occured to me

that since thier relationship is a secret that they may have already talked about how they would act if something was to happen to one of them.

Maybe this is what they decided; that if it isn't life threatening, or the threat is over, that they carry on as if nothing is between them until they have some time alone. Then they can ask the things they need, touch each other to make sure they are still *alive* (well not in Jack's case obviously ) and basically reaffirm their luv.

I mean look at Gwen with Rhys, he hadn't even step foot in the lorry and she was a nervous wreak, that just wouldn't work between Jack and Ianto week in and out.

This is why I loved Meat...

Rhys has a gun to his head and Gwen runs out even though jack was trying to get her not to.... ianto's life is threatened and Jack does the same thing. It was a great episode for relationship parallels. I think Jack is beginning to see that Torchwood isn't everything, and it is possible for him to have love and an honest relationship.... kinda makes you wonder if things could have worked for longer between him and Estelle if only he had been upfront with her like he can be with Ianto. Ianto knows the deal... he knows that as a human, he will grow old and die, but Jack won't.

i think Ianto's just exagerating to yank Jack's chain... i mean there may be some truth to what he says, this is Jack we're talking about after all, but Ianto wouldn't spill the intimate stuff... besides, to Jack there's really no difference between flirting and casual sex, as is probably the result of his 51st century upbringing... something that's reaffirmed by how John interacted with the team in KKBB... flirting and sex are natural... it's the intimate stuff that Jack has a problem with, which makes it all the more sweeter for Ianto...

oh my god.... not that both eps were only absolutely brilliant, but there was so much Ianto/Jack going on!

While I sure want to see that kiss, it wouldn't have fit into that scene in Adam... that was about comfort and calming Ianto down, a kiss wouldn't have done any good...
But I liked it that Ianto trusted Jack and Jack trusted in Ianto. That shows more of a relationship than any kiss
And the kiss on Ianto's forehead later on was sooooo sweet!

and in Reset... when Martha tells Ianto about the unit cap *giggles* his embarrassed reaction had me in stitches, followed by a squee moment with him saying: we dabble.... and his expression.. totall zoned out for a moment...

oh I love this pairing!! Or I think, I can say "couple" by now

Iloved both epis... and I have to agree with both Phibi and Switch! And I have to add in that the "measuring tape" conversation was my favourite in any show at any time... that was pure class!!! Especially because of what JB is known for

Also loved the kiss on the forehead... shows much moree than just "dabbling" between them!

The kiss on the forehead was even better than a make out as it shows how deep their relationship is getting. Fingers crossed for bloppers as well!
