So our Atlantis writers copied Heroes in terms of the episode "SEERS" and this one... in that a person who sees the future does not see the relevant future, but one that is similar. For Heroes, Isaac Mendez paints futures that, from the viewer's perspective, we see, but from the characters' perspective, it makes no sense because it doesn't happen to them.
Isaac draws the President of the US in an oval office -> Nathan/Sylar in the dark future.
Isaac draws Peter Petrelli captured in a hazmat bio-containment unit -> Peter visiting the dark future.
Seer sees Atlantis being leveled by replicator aurora-class ships -> Replicators destroying the Niam-faction created Atlantis.
Also, here's one for plotholes... we've known that as long as the control crystals are in place, ancients and those with ancient knowledge can track the last set of gate addresses dialed. The Repliclones didn't destroy the control crystal on that planet, and the Atlantis Offworld teams have been visiting there very often. IN essence, by not destroying the DHD, the replicators can now find new Atlantis.
