How long have YOU waited for the replacement Stargate?

I just submitted an order for the replacement Stargate piece to complete my Stargate. Funny thing is, I bought the figures specifically for the gate. Now I have no idea what to do with the figures, short of donating them.

Anyway, how long have you waited for DST to send you your replacement Stargate piece? A month? 4-6 months? This is the piece with the Tau'ri symbol, right?

It's been about a month, and I have still yet to see my gate pieces in the mail. I got my serpent guards fine, though.

You want to donate your figures? Any O'Neills?

OK, I did that, too. I might end up with some extras, but you never know. I keep checking the mail every day and they are not showing up. Maybe now I will get at least the two that I need...

Ayi ayi ayi...Mine only took about two weeks. I ordered four to replace my four O'Neill pieces but they only send one at a time. So I keep having to submit another order for one.

I got my first wave of 4 the other day. I think I will be getting like 3 more eventually, and then 3 more from Time and Space Toys. I kept ordering more because I thought they got lost in the mail or something. I plan on PIFing them at some point.

I wish DST had given instructions on where what piece goes where. It's kind of impossible to tell. They could have etched numbers in the back of each piece, that would tell you how to assemble it.

Also, is it just me, or is the Tau'ri symbole missing from the gate? Maybe it's covered by a chevron, so that the gate could double as the Tau'ri gate or an offworld one.

PPS: I still want some stone steps for my second gate.

I actually ordered mine from the DST website earlier this week and got it today. After reading this thread I was shocked, I didn't expect it for weeks. I do live reletivly close to them, though. The return adress was for Maryland and I live in South Jersey, so maybe thats why. Or maybe they just decided to get better.

                Perfecto!

Well, I live in upstate New York (near Buffalo), so it must not have been a shipping time issue for me. *shrugs*

Oh, weird. The funny thing is, I don't even have Carter yet I just did it preemtivly so that I wouldn't have to worry about it later.

                    Perfecto!
