You know what...I passed on Serenity, turns out to be a half decent show. Avoided "Blade: the series" like the plague...and it featured the hottest girl on TV. I gotta start giving more new shows a try.

Well, I never thought that Blade: The Series was that great of a show, but it did get better near the end in a lot of aspects like the writing, the fight sequences, and Kirk "Sticky Fingaz" Jones' acting. I thought Jill's acting was just OK at the beginning of the series, but greatly improved by the end of it. Of course, this was her first real scripted weekly role and to me it showed in the pilot, but she got better and more comfortable every week. I still agree with Spike TV that it did not deserve a second season though.

Info is now out about the release date for the Blade: The Series Complete Series DVD box set that according to the artwork, will include ALL 13 episodes of the series. Info is at:DVDActive BTS Release Info

I hope the info from an UK website review of The Seer has the correct info that Jill is secretly in the season 4 finale The Last Man. Link:UK IGN review of The Seer
It may only be a flashback scene, but I do know that Jill was not in LA in late Sept. or early Oct., but I thought it was for re-shoots for the movie she filmed over the summer in Oklahoma City called Splinter and not for SGA.

The movie Junebug in which Jill has a small part in as Millicent, friend at shower, will be shown on the Lifetime network in the US starting tomorrow night at 9:00PM (EST). She is only in the baby shower scene which is about 35 minutes into the film (without commercials.) I have quoted my previous post with some screencaps from it.
