I started to watch Dexter, and it was such a good idea for a series, but I couldn't get past the language - especially when his sister used it so freely. It was unnecessary to use it to the degree she did, and so I very reluctantly gave up on it.
I always use the Harrison Ford version of 'The Fugitive' as a classic example of how you can make a good suspenseful crime movie without the excessive use of language.
For the record, I have heard Amanda use 'that' word in the course of a conversation, when she was describing a particularly difficult encounter she had had. She immediately apologised (and was forgiven - I think I might have sworn myself under the circumstances!)
I'm sure if you did badge her, she would find some way to get back at you...
