    Default Ancients and food?

What did the Ancients eat? Food presumably but what kind? Pill form, pizza, french fries, etc things like that. They've never mentioned what food they eat. However, it seems most cultures in the Pegasus galaxy eat some kind of slop-like stuff.

Whatever the Ancient equivalent of McDonald's, Stabucks and Pizza Hut there were - or maybe that's why they really invented the time jumper "Is it slop again tonight" "No I time jumped and we've got chinese tonight, save me a prawn cracker!"

Maybe they hung some rods over the side of the city and caught some fish.

Not to mention that they never mentioned anything in regards to farming, or did they just trade with the primitive peoples for food?

The Ancients probably ate fish and used the trade routes they had using the stargate in order to gain other foods. lol I highly doubt they would simply eat one type of food because they did start off our culture including food tastes.

Well it's a good thing they never came across the Aschen for trading for food growing and harvesting technology!

Yes it would as it's made of the same elements as real food. There isn't really a difference apart from the method it was created by

The ancients had all sorts of weird things so it would seem odd that they can create things as complex as the Asurans but are unable to figure out a way to create food generators, i'd imagine it would be just like Star Trek and Battlestar Galactica on how they were able to produce food

    Subway!!! Eat Fresh
Calvin grows up to be Frazz. The logical continuation of this is, of course, that Frazz then grows up to be Edward Norton's character from Fight Club. And thus, all four of these characters are gods.Let's go one more step. Calvin grows up to be Jeremy, who grows up to be Frazz, who grows up to be "Tyler Durden," while Suzie grows up to be Haruhi Suzumiya; since Kyon becomes The Doctor, this leads to the inescapable conclusion that after the end of Fight Club, Calvin becomes Captain Jack.

I don't know... if the Ancients had a breakfast cereal of choice, I kind of see them as the Raisin Bran type... or possibly corn flakes...

id go with the materialised food......i say blocks and pills like the asgard but thats proberly because they're genetic structure is failing and cant eat anything else....who knows pick something local veggies

every culture has their own dishes and ingredients...........probably random fruits and meats just like us which they prepare and combine to make a meat pie is perfectly simple
