We operate in litres here. How many litres are in a gallon again?
Our petrol is £1.34 ish a litre at the min, diesel is a few pennies more.
Ridiculously expensive, considering when I got my lisence 7 years ago I paid 80p for a litre if petrol.

and by UK measurements of liters/gal (and US currency) it's about US$9.23

At first I thought I would put on a Scottish ball. I attend those all the time. While it would be fun to be the grand empress of ceremonies (and I would wear my tiara) it's not that different from what I do every year. I need to think bigger.

So I've decided to attend a Scottish ball in Scotland!

I've been dreaming about dancing among those heathered hills for years.

Now I'm going to have to start saving up. Plane tickets are pricey!

So who's coming dancing with me? I'll be at St. Andrews in August, 2014.
