    It's Jerry Falwell's fault (everything).
Calvin grows up to be Frazz. The logical continuation of this is, of course, that Frazz then grows up to be Edward Norton's character from Fight Club. And thus, all four of these characters are gods.Let's go one more step. Calvin grows up to be Jeremy, who grows up to be Frazz, who grows up to be "Tyler Durden," while Suzie grows up to be Haruhi Suzumiya; since Kyon becomes The Doctor, this leads to the inescapable conclusion that after the end of Fight Club, Calvin becomes Captain Jack.

Whoever decided to mix all the other races:
~Goa'uld = worship me or die!
    ~Anubis = I wanna rule the galaxy!
~Ancients = we are ascended, above you, god-like and we also have with powers!
~Wraith = ve vant to suck your life force!
~Replicators/Asurans = we are so strong you need special things to kill us!
~Jaffa = we are medieval space warriors who fight with staff weapons!
~Earth humans = we are so uber, we beat everyone else!

Into one to create the Ori.

    Hey, I do too.

I also blame Jack. If he would've stayed, the Ori wouldn't have standed a chance.

You can't blame anybody for the Ori situation - it's not like they did it on purpose, or could have any idea of what would happen. You may as well start blaming people for the whole Goa'uld thing.

Really, what did they do to deserve this? Daniel and Vala caused the whole thing.

The Ancients, only feasible party to blame. Between their fancy schmancy space telephone that started the whole thing, and their apathy toward what they indirectly caused in the first place, it's the only one that makes sense.

If i was to blame someone, it would be the one who started it all; General Hammond. He was the one who asked Jackson to come to Atlantis on the Prometheus, which led to Jackson meeting Vala, which led to Vala coming to Daniel's assistance with the Ancient Tablet and Goa'uld Braclets which led to them finding the cavern in england which led to them going to the Ori Galaxy via the communication device.......

in a way it is also the ancients fault because they were the origional people who fell out the ancirnts could of done something about them a long time ago instead they decided to keep away leaving the problem for some one else but this is just a theory

They didn't take care of the Ori earlier, before they became a threat.

They are refusing to act on the Ori now that they are a threat.

They left their technology scattered behind with no safe guards against improper use.

    Specifically
    Spoiler:
    Moros/Myrrdin/Merlin
left behind the communications device in Glastonbury Tor, which was obviously "dialed" to the Ori home galaxy. Had he destroyed the device, or re-calibrated it to contact a different companion device the whole thing would never have happened.
