I think that these two could really hit it off, whether it's the infamous doctor falling for her patient manouver, or Dr. McKay's 'charms' that make it happen - I think that both doctors need to launch a close relationship between them.

I can see a spark in Mckay's eye when he's around her, and though this probably will never happen, I think that there could be some sexual tension perhaps??? lol

Then again, that's just me. But I mean, the dude was holding a tissue in his fist when he exited her office in The Gift. He's emotionally not strong enough for Kate. You can imagine, who I think would be the boss in that relationship.
