Yeah, Like the Clonetroopers on Star Wars, They had Rapid Aging until their Prime, Then Some Preprogrammed Gene kicked in & reduced their Aging rate to Normal Standards.
Adria (& Any Others?) Would have probably been Programmed to do so.
