I don't think it was here, it might have been part of a blog. The Stargate goes public and triggers a war. The SGC becomes basically a Naqudah mining operation. Eventually Jack gets sick of it and realizes the world's going to destroy itself. So he comes up with a plan, moving SGC personel and families to the Alpha Site and getitng Thor to remove the Gate from Earth.
