Scotty- *looks at drink* "What is it?"
Data- "It is.... *looks closer* It is.... *sniffs* .... it is green." --- Um, I forget the episode.

EMH mark 1- "Stop breathing down my neck."
EMH mark 2- "My breathing is a holographic simulation..."
EMH mark 1- "So is my neck, stop it anyway!" --- "Message in a Bottle"

These aren't my all of favorite, but they're all I can think of right now.

    From DS9 "Civil Defense"

Quark: You mean I'm stuck here with you?
Odo: No. I am stuck here with you.

    DS9 I forget the episode

Anyways Dr. Bashir has told Garak the story of the boy who cried wolf trying to teach him the moral not to lie. Garak responds that the moral is don't lie twice.

First Contact is the best of the movies I love it!
It is by far the best film. Anything that Lily says in this film is quite funny. From this film I also like "In my professionally opinion, he's nuts" and "this is no time to be talking about the timeline, we don't have the time!" both from Deanna.

Other fav quotes include "There's coffee in that Nebula!" - Janeway, it's my text sound. Also "Get the cheese to sickbay" - B'Elanna

Off the top of my head...

Tom: "Look, we could spend weeks trying to solve this, but we've got a ticking clock. Engines are working, weapon systems are on-line--I say we launch now and hope for the best."
Tuvok: "Mr. Paris, that is perhaps the most illogical statement you've ever made."

Weyoun: "Of course they did. That's what gods do. After all, why be a god if there's no one to worship you?"

Star Trek VI: The Undiscovered Country

Lily:Jean Luc, blow up the damn ship!
    Captain Jean-Luc Picard: No! Noooooooooo!
[Smashes glass and model ships with his phaser]
Captain Jean-Luc Picard: I will not sacrifice the Enterprise. Weve made too many compromises already; too mny retreats. They invade our space and we fall back. They assimilate entire worlds and we fall back. Not again. The line must be drawn here! This far, no further! And *I* will make them pay for what they've done.

Troi: Look. He wouldn't even talk to me unless I had a drink with him. And then, it took three shots of something called "tequila" just to find out that HE was the one we're looking for! And I've spent the last twenty minutes trying to keep his hands off me! So don't go criticizing my counseling techniques!

Picard:You want to destroy the ship and run away, you coward.
    Beverly: Jean-Luc!
Worf: If you were any other man, I would kill you where you stand.

Picard: I'm about to commit a direct violation of our orders. If anyone wishes to object do so now, I will make a note of it in my log.

    Beverlyo much for the Enterprise-E.
    Picard: We barely knew her.
Beverly : Think they'll build another one?
Picard: Plenty of letters left in the alphabet.

Yeah, First Contact was loaded with good quotes.

"Someone once said, 'Don't try to be a great man, just be a man, and let history make its own judgments'."

"You did... ten years from now."

I came accross yet another funny McKoy Doctor quote the other day,

"I'm a doctor, not an escalator!"

can't remember the name of the ep though...and then theres this one:

"If I were human, I believe my response would be...Go to hell...If I were human."
-Spock, Star Trek VI: The Undiscovered Country (after recieving the order for decomission).

Sheppard: "Y’know, we’ve been having these conversations for a couple of weeks now, and I don’t even know your name. You guys do have names, right? Let me guess...Steve?"
Wraith: "I am your death. That is all you need to know."
    Sheppard: "I prefer Steve."
