Why do they not incorporate the cloaking tech we got from the anients an incorporate it into our ships. They can do it give Sam a few days and she could hook us up with it. If McKay can do it to Atlantis why not here on our ships.

Well ancient cloaking tech works with ancient shielding tech. Earth ships have Asgard shields so it would probably take an Asgard to figure out how to get it to work. There is also still the possibility of Asgard shields being completely incompatible.
