"Adama is a Cylon" - New untold theory

Okay, after watching this last Friday's episode I have came to wonder a new theory about Leoben's comment to President Laura Roslyn, "Adama is a Cylon".



Some people have suspected Admiral Bill Adama, Captain Lee Adama, or even as far as adding Lee's mentioned deceased sibling, Zach Adama, to the conclusion. While the Admiral is a bit too far-fetched and the possibility of Lee or Zach being a cylon isn't as likely (based on comments from RDM through podcasts and interviews), then what are we left for choices? Leoben Connoy just randomly lied to the President as his last word's before death?


I have come to believe in the possibility that with the introduction/flashbacks of Lee's lover and the baby, from Lee's past, might be the Adama that Leoben was reffering to. I'm just saying that the possibility exists that for some reason Lee Adama fell in love with a super secret Cylon humanoid model and started to have a baby, much like how Sharon is having a baby with Helo, but the exception to this is this already happened much earlier on before the cylon attack and they somehow survived. Or maybe his lover was caught by a Cylons and brought to a breeding farm and hooked up to the machine to make a cylon/human child, hence a baby is created which would be a Cylon but also be an Adama. I know the flashbacks implied that she already was having a baby, but I don't recall any specific/direct time references so she could have still been preganant as the cylons attacked and then caught by cylons and sent to a farm to transform the baby into a cylon/human mix?

Yeah, it's a bit radical but why not right? What is there to lose?

I think vacume cylon, AKA Leoban, was just just telling a load of crap. It doesn't make sense that any of the Adama's could be cylons. Both have been in positions to do bad things that would have gotten the fleet destroyed, and neither has done it. It just doesn't make sense to me.

I don't think Lee or Bill are cylons. It is just a way for the dying cylon to mess with the president's mind. If anyone on board is a cylon, it is Tigh's wife. She would be the first one I shove out the airlock.

Okay... easy proof why any Adama COULDN"T be a Cylon.

a) If Bill Adama is a cylon, that means that they've already had children with humans.. don't need to have a big 'ooh, ahh - us cylons are about to have children wiht humans' thing

b) if Lee Adama is a Cylon, Bill Adama needs to be a Cylon. Somehow, i don't think there are little children Cylons running around there, they're all clones of an adult version. Hence, Bill Adama couldn't raise a little child Cylon (even if they were switched)

c) Same for Zac.

d) bill's wife/Lee's Mum a cylon? Dunno, but she's probably dead. Too unrealistic for 3 members out of one family to survive. and, again, Cylons have already had children.

Im pretty sure I remember Leoben telling Kara that there was a bomb on one of the ships. But noone is dwelling on that. He was just trying to stir things up, save his own life becuase no matter how much the cylons say they don't care about death, if they are truly modeled after humans then they do care.

Agreed. Adama fought in the war, meaning he's not a cylon, as the human models weren't around.
Presumably he watched his kid grow up, so Lee can't be a cylon.

I think it has been established that Sharon's is the first successful Cylon/Human pregnancy. So if Lee's lover had already gotten pregnant and actually gave birth to a Cylon/Human hybrid, they would not have made such a big deal about Sharon's miraculous conception.

Gianne would not be the Adama referred to, because she never married Lee and thus neither she nor their child is an Adama in the first place.

The same way the mind of a dying one is transmitted into a new host body. The newborn adults clearly have a personality program uploaded into them, that their slightly tweaked central nervous system builds the synapses for much faster than a human would be able to aquire the experiances.

Not necessarly. Remember six in the mini series and "33". I just watched 33 yesterday and when six came across helo she asked him if he was alive. And it was in a very childish manner.

as much as it wouldn't suprise me that she was a cylon - i think it would be much more interesting if she wasn't... why does everyone who acts a little differently have to be an evil cylon? why not just a hard-to-get-on with human
