Lt. Kara Thrace did have sex with Baltar and then she had sex with the resistance leader on Caprica. Then the cylons had her in that hospital in the "Farm" episode. They did some kind of surgery on her and left a scar around her waist. I think they might have taken her embryo from her and might use that has a bargaining tool for the cylon-human hybrid baby.
