Cassandra states it in Rite of Passage as well.

Anyways, SG10 was trapped, but, thanks to the time dilation, they might still be alive later in the show. Perhaps late enough for a rescue mission with a ship such as the prometheus. That is, of course, assuming that SG10 was not killed by the stellar matter that was sucked through the gate when Vorash's sun was destroyed in season 4.

      Welcome to the forums!
Two of the SG1 novels deal with this issue. They figure out a way to go back and save them. Very good novels.

          Errors

          1. They have fixed the MALP sending scene, but the blue lights are still static.

          2. The picture is reflected at the opening and closing of the Iris:

My comment : I have no idea. Maybe it looked better this way. Probably he found this from the look of the glyphs.

          3. Hammond said outside that they have opened a wormhole 10 minutes ago, while they couldn't shut it down even after 38 minutes, so he said the wrong number in the script.

          4. This scene looked cool, but the shards should have slowned down near the stargate and not to be speeded up as the gravition field affected them.

          5. Simmonds said that NORAD is on level 2, while it was on level 27.

Err... numbers go up as you go down in the mountain, so he would be correct that NORAD is on level 2.

I have no idea of the NORAD thing.

IIRC, Norad was supposedly on levels 1 & 2 (for all I know, it really was). The SGC started on level 3 and went down from there.

                    5.52 puzzle, 12/15 quiz.

So someone help me out... they power surged the gate so the wormhole would jump to another Stargate on a different planet, and then they can shut down their gate - weren't they worried about dooming the planet the wormhole jumped to? Wouldn't the black hole then immediately affect that other planet? They could tell where it jumped to after it happened, but I didn't catch whether it disengaged, or if they even knew what happened after that point...

Yes, yes, and they never said. Nor did they revisit the issue of where the wormhole went in subsequent episodes.

Conveniently forgotten we doomed another planet to be pulled apart.

This episode was quite boring to me. Not a fan of black hole theory.
