    Smile So I was watching this documentary on WWII

    .. and it was showing footage of British tanks in Normandy, and I noticed that they had names painted on their sides, and one of them was called "PUDDLE JUMPER"

    hehe

    That is a coincidence but it is probably a plausible name considering the puddles that these vehicles had to transverse.

    Would you happen to know the nname of the documentary?

    Uh huh, very plausible lol

    The documentary was called D-Day to Berlin and it was on BBC1 on Tuesday.

    Allied Jeeps also had the nickname of "Puddle Jumper". Saw it on an episode of Mail Call.
