Wesley crusher was the most annoying Marty Stu (male Mary Sue) that I've ever seen. Ever notice how perfect he was, how brilliant? Even when everyone else was stumped, Wesley could always save the day. Ick.

I'm guessing yes. Most substances in a pregnant woman's bloodstream - oxygen, nourishment, alcohol, drugs - transfer across the placenta. Why not naquadah?

Interesting question - My thoughts are that Sam's child would have abilities that she doesn't because the baby would be affected by the naquadah and protein marker in Sam's body from the moment of conception and of course it would seriously affect the way that the baby develops.

So I'd have to agree with you and say "yes". Would the child also have other abilities, such as being able to use goa'uld technology such as the hand/healing device? Probably also "yes".
