WONDERFUL interview!!

(wish my question had been included, but oh well

)

so the part that got me the most was when amanda was talking about fighting her fear of heights while having to walk those high up planks... SOOO understand that!

but when she said at first she cried...

((((((amanda))))))

there's not enough smileys to show how much i love and admire this woman.

sam's my hero, but so's amanda. (i'm feeling moody today

)

here's hoping that amanda's schedule permits her guesting on atlantis as many times as possible! i don't want amanda wearing herself out, though, but SAM!!

amanzing interview David!!!! thank you for using my question

i'm so happy that amanda was happy with her experiece on SGa it really showed with this interview. I agree with amanda that cassie should have been brought in at elast once to help finish that story.

it will be sad to see her go but i am looking forward to seeing her deveope her own show will be fun

Great interview David and Amanda!! I too was glad she enjoyed her stay on Atlantis and she will get to direct again in the future! I also liked her views of how important it is on balancing your life and work. That's very cool

Is there a chance there will be more to the interview? lol just wondering... It seemed to end after a question and you guys usually end with goodbyes and good lucks... lol

It really was a very relaxed and enjoyable interview. Thanks again!!

Wow, so her daughter is already involved in the IB program at 3?! That's crazy.

I was in the IB program, but I started it in Grade 9. It was pretty challenging and pretty much negated any chance that I would've had at a social life since there was soooo much to do. Hopefully Olivia will be able to handle it better, getting started at such a younger age.

Thankyou David for such a lovely interview and thankyou Amanda for giving us a peek into how Olivia is getting on

I'm looking foreward to how Sam is going to be written out and what is next for her in the stargate universe.
Oh my how brave of Amanda in dying her hair for her character of Helen and Olivia's reaction to her mum looking differant, so cute! it made me smile.

I couldn't listen ,as one my comp speakers gave up the ghost last week,so I settled for the transcript.Looking forward to dling the interview ,once that problem's fixed ,lol.

So nice and good intreview, I love her easy going and what she let us know abiot her family and carrer and Olivia is 3 wow!.

I still hope the way the writers take Carter off Atlantis do honor to the character rather that just ship her to Earth.

And I really wish she can guess star more than 4 episodes, but I'll be happy to see her as Helen M. on Sanctuary.

This was a wonderful interview, David. You and Amanda seem to have a great rapport. I thought there was a very nice mix of questions. By the way, thanks for asking my question. I was very surprised it made the cut b/c there were just so many good ones to choose from. I thought Amanda provided a perfect answer, which doesn't surprise me in the least.

I hope GW gets the chance to interview her again later on this year, perhaps when Sanctuary is getting ready to premiere.

For some reason I doubt it's IB material. It's just at the IB school. Though I'd bet she's a smart kid. AT is smart. Perhaps not Sam smart, but very bright.
