Wow, that was a really great and long interview. Kavan Smith is a really cool guy, no doubt about that.

Re: INTERVIEW: Kavan Smith
Good interview. Things still seem to be up in the air about whether or not he'll appear again this season. Seems to be just looking at how schedules fit and if the character is needed.
And add me to the list who didn't know he was in SG-1 first. The things you learn, eh? Have to go back and watch that one now.

Re: INTERVIEW: Kavan Smith
Haha! Some of that actually made me laugh out loud...
"Everybody wears prosthetics here. Maybe Lorne just grows a really big nose and talks with a Jewish accent. I don't know. He needs something cool to do."
LOL!!
My personal favourite:

I've always liked Lorne but never really to any great level. After reading that, he's definately gone up a few pegs in my book. Great interview.

I recommend not using IE in general. Firefox good. IE bad.
I like how he was game to answer questions from the fans, you don't see that often in interviews.

Re: INTERVIEW: Kavan Smith
Great interview. Lorne has always been one of my favourite recurring characters. It would be nice if he had more guest appearances though.
Here's hoping Lorne doesn't suffer the same fate as the infamous Star Trek Red Shirts.

Re: INTERVIEW: Kavan Smith
Yay! Awesome interview!
Very cool on the name thing. Hope that makes Marcus a cinch if/when TPTB ever get around to revealing Lorne's first name.
Absolutely no comment on the waffles...

Re: INTERVIEW: Kavan Smith
What was that waffles bit from?
It was a good interview. He's a funny guy, so it shows that his characters humour is more about him rather than the writers. It did seem like the interview was old, which did disappoint me a bit (or if it was new then great, as it means 4400 has started filming again). Overall it was a very enjoyable interview, and hopefully life with his new baby is bringing him lots of joy.

The waffles bit defies explanation; it must be experienced in order to be truly appreciated. Alas, the site that had the audio clip has, for some completely unknown reason, re-edited the sample to exclude the waffle bit.
I'd love to know what drugs Kavan was on when he recorded it... and WHY it was recorded in the first place. Maybe in the next interview...

I love listening to that audio clip. Kavan's many voices crack me up each time.

There were a couple of bits about the waffles, weren't there? More than was in the interview? *wanders off to listen to the audio clip again*
