Amanda Tapping: A Weekend with her fans Announcement of new date

    Dear All,

Your GABIT Events team are *thrilled* to announce that we have a new
date for the long awaited event: Amanda Tapping, A Weekend With Her Fans.

In her first UK convention appearance since February 2002, Amanda will
be joining her fans for a weekend in London, England on 28th-30th
October 2005 at the Renaissance Hotel, Bath Road, Heathrow, London.

New tickets are now on sale via the Registration link on the web page.
(www.gabitevents.co.uk) We are also pleased to announce that we are now
accepting credit cards through World Pay.

If you already have a paid up ticket the Registrations officer will
contact you to confirm whether you want to keep your ticket or surrender
    it for a refund.
(Please be aware that refunds may take us a little longer than usual to
process during this very busy time).

If you have an unpaid reservation for a ticket, the Registrations
officer will specifically contact you with details of how to pay for
your ticket through world pay. Please don't register again as you will
lose your earlier ticket number. If you no longer want the ticket,
please let us know so that we can offer it to someone else.

    HOTEL ACCOMMODATION
Everyone will need to re-book their own hotel accommodation direct with
the Renaissance Hotel which is part of the Marriott group...

The booking code will be available from next week (18th July ) and we
will tell you how to book from overseas also. You don't need to call the
hotel direct to get the convention rate.

Room rates for the Renaissance Hotel (Four stars!) are very reasonable
at just £70 per room per night Single. (Bed & full English breakfast
    INCLUDING all taxes)
£80 per room per night for a double or twin (also B & B & Including taxes).
Please make your booking for accommodation as soon as possible as we
expect the hotel to fill up fast.

The Renaissance Hotel is easily accessible by the Hoppa Bus network from
Heathrow Airport and there is plenty of parking on site. Parking is
charged at £10(inc Tax) per 24 hours for residents. If you are not
staying at the hotel, please be aware that the parking charges are
    normally significantly higher.

Any questions just shout, but may we take this opportunity to thank you
all again for your continued loyalty, support and patience.

    Becky, Julia, Kay and John
