Ok...I've been thinking about this all evening and I still don't know what to do (has to do with Sanctuary dvds)
Spoiler:
Through a friend of mine I found out that Sanctuary probably isn't going to be released in the Netherlands, with dutch subtitles(not being a mainstream release and all)...so that got me thinking about buying it without subs...I only don't know from where...
I found this dutch site where it is sold, but it's really...a bit vague...selling only foreign dvd's with free shipping for a low price(in a way that I don't trust it)...even though there is some shopping "security" on the site...
then there is Amazon.co.uk where I can also buy the DVD's from...it's way faster, but costs more money 40 pounds for me(because of shipping to the Netherlands)
Then there is the final thing that I need to save a bit of money (I have a thing for saving my money )
So the question is ...what should I do, buy Sanctuary(which I really wanna have) now from that Dutch "weird" site, from Amazon...or wait and keep hoping that there will be a Dutch release in the future...
Perhaps silly question but...Jann is confused about silly things these days...

Oooooh. I love deep questions... and I would say the answer is no. Simply because being nekkid is basically being exposed, if no one sees you, then it you're still safe from that... or unfortanately still concealed, however you want to look at it

I love it, Nad.

Not sure what to say about the Dutch site. What makes you think it's weird?
Maybe I could get it from Amazon.co.uk (with free delivery) and then send it to you? That wood cost £25.98 plus postage from UK - can't be more than about £5 I can find that out so you know what it'll be.

What do you think?
I've sent stuff to Jann before, it doesn't cost anymore than a fiver for sure.

Ohhh...that would be good since I really really want it lol! ...because for me it's like 10 pounds(or more) send costs from the UK or I'm looking wrong
As for dutch site that makes it weird..I don't see any real shopping security only from the site self...plus it looks big while I've never ever heard of it...oh and the name is "dvdwow"
I've sent stuff to Jann before, it doesn't cost anymore than a fiver for sure.
Thanks
I just did a rough check on the Royal Mail site, and it does look like it wood cost less than £5, so in total it wood be around £30. Which is better than £40
Edit: So should I order it Jann? Have you got a multi-region player, because it'll be Region 2?
<snip> Brad: How did you feel? LJ: ...Everytime I ran... Coopie:LJ! Not in front of the kids! LJ:Oh... sorry.

I love that part with Rob!
Speaking of...Joe didn't answer my question, but if he doesn't mind art from the rest of you, he probably won't mind it from me. Two icons and one wallpaper, coming up
(This is from the 'pointing to the red gift bag' picture.)
(I think Rob's on the set here.)
(I hope luvnjack likes this one... )
And one more thing...for some reason I was thinking lately about that 'Happy Wanderer' song, and how Martin...Wood would fit perfectly in the chorus. Well, I decided to rewrite the lyrics, and here you go! Just listen to this and sing along. (If you can )
There is a man that we all know
Whose name begins with M
And everyone sees he's a pro
When he's directing them
Martin Wood, Martin Wood, Martin Wood, Martin Wo-oo-oo-oo-oo-od
Martin Wood, Martin Wood, we all love Martin Wood
His shorts are tan, his eyes are green
His hair is darkest brown
The master of the greatest scene (For me, that would be any scene in The Other Guys) And all the shows in town (At least, all the good ones...) Martin Wood, Martin Wood, Martin Wood, Martin Wo-oo-oo-oo-oo-od
Martin Wood, Martin Wood, we all love Martin Wood
He started out in days of yore
In SG seasons past
Now his work is directors' lore
And he is Rising fast (Rising Parts I and II, that is.) Martin Wood, Martin Wood, Martin Wood, Martin Wo-oo-oo-oo-oo-od
Martin Wood, Martin Wood, we all love Martin Wood (This was about when I started to get tired of typing the chorus...)
And after years of Stargate work
He moved to different things
On expertise he doesn't shirk
Creativeness he brings
Martin Wood, Martin Wood, Martin Wood, Martin Wo-oo-oo-oo-oo-od
Martin Wood, Martin Wood, we all love Martin Wood
He rests not when there's work to do
In the Sanctuary
And Jumble dear, I envy you
'Cause soon him you will see
Martin Wood, Martin Wood, Martin Wood, Martin Wo-oo-oo-oo-oo-od
Martin Wood, Martin Wood, we all love Martin Wood!

Hmm...that all sounds good*has happy thoughts of having Sanctuary dvds*
I'll think 'bout it for sure and tell ya tomorrow ok? And I'm region 2 in here so that won't be a problem
I think someone is going to give Nad some competition
And how am I supposed to get that out of my head now?
Edit: Ok Jann
Oh, thank you!! I'm so glad you like it! (I'm attempting to write some stuff for the others, too, so you might hear more. Not sure. )
-----
EDIT
You know, I just watched this and about halfway through, when I saw the trailer for the show, I just thought to myself: "I can't even begin to imagine how proud Damian must be." I'm sure that everyone else--Martin...Wood, Amanda, etc.--must be extremely proud of it themselves, but Damian created it. He waited for at least five years to actually make it, and to have that patience pay off with this amazing show? I just can't imagine how...wonderful that must be! (Having that absolutely gorgeous theme song certainly helped the mood, too.) But being a semi-writer--which is one of the reasons why I'm such a fan of Damian--I guess I can understand how it would feel. But it's still just so...unfathomable in some ways. It's something that I can only aspire to right now.
Okay, my deep thought of the day is done. Sorry if I sound a bit selfish here and there.
