Did I get it right that you based your opinion that's it's not your kind if movie based on others' opinions? It confuzzled me that you knew it's not for you without seeing it. Sorry.

I could go on on this subject, even mention 'Avatar', 'Twilight' and draw parallels with SGU, but don't want to drag out the topic. So I'll just leave it at this.

I know what you mean. But if I wouldn't choose on others opinions (or better not opinion, just summary) I had to watch every movie because I have to see it to decide if I like it or not. I just don't like that kind of romantic things. But I don't say if I don't like it it's crap and all others have to dislike it. 'Twilight' for example is also not my kind, but what I've heard about 'Avatar' made me think 'This is my kind and I'll watch it!' and I liked it.
