The City of Atlantis is situated, is off the coast of North Queensland, Australia and is out of phase, thus cloaking it from everyone, other than those who need to now it's there. Being an Ancient City it contains all their technology and was abandoned by the Ancients thousands of years ago. City of Astraea

Once located on a planet designated P3X-8899 and discovered by Dr. Karlin Jackson, Colonel Evan Lorne, Dr. Kath O'Neill and Lt. Colonel Sheppard (Sheppykins). The Ancient city of Astraea, slightly smaller then Atlantis. Became Atlantis' first Alpha site, however the decision was made to fly the city back to Earth and have it link up with Atlantis. The city arrived on Earth on the 10 March 2009 and linked to Atlantis. Astraea still has it's own Stargate, which has been calibrated to be used on Earth.

Analysis: Is impatient, unlike his twin, he doesn’t have a self-deprecating sense of humor; it’s more sarcastic. Romulus is smart-mouthed and straightforward. He’s also charming, naughty, mischievous, and sexy.

Romulus is one of triplets, Caleb, Matt (Matt is an MBOR) and Romulus are similar, but different. Romulus is loyal, even when naughty and is quick to act sometimes. Like Odin he knows how far to push and enjoys a good joke. He and Odin have a close friendship. Romulus is not the clone he once was though; he can be very sweet and attentive. He loves his little brother, Casey. He and Laura flirt constantly with each other and have a "close" relationship. He cares for her dearly and is someone Racer trusts to look after his fiancé when he's away from the city. Romulus bought a black and white kitten that he called Silas. Laura helped buy the little bundle of fur and set things up.

Andine was Racer's Valentines gift to Laura (2009). Like Althie, her name comes from Laura's favourite book. She is a little mischievous but absolutely adorable. Andine is protective of her Mummy, attaching herself to Rom's pant leg when he came to visit one night. She loves Casey and especially enjoys relaxing in his lap. She also loves her Daddy's lap.

Bandit was Racer's first DRD (he has since made two more - Mozart for Casey and Pip for Karlin). He earned his name in his first minutes after a playful swat by his new kitten friend. Bandit is also very protective, particularly when Laura is home alone, rallying the troops (himself and his kitten comrade) when a visitor arrives. He is beginning to learn that nobody who visits is going to hurt her but still feels it prudent to scan them, just in case.

Analysis: The Doctor is incredibly intelligent (being a Time Lord) and doesn’t waste time pretending he doesn’t know it. He’s curious by nature – sometimes to the point of prying – outgoing and talks far too much, but he oozes charisma.

The Doctor was uninvited guest in the city, when he and his TARDIS materialised inside Laura's quarters, of all places. Once it was determined that he wasn’t a threat to Atlantis and genuinely had no idea how he had ended up with us, he was given clearance to reside in the city as a free clone – at least as long as he was content to stay. He has become very close to Laura, and her boys, and now counts himself part of the family. The Doctor became a regular patient of Dr. Heightmeyer immediately following a time travelling incident with his clan leader. After the pair became separated, Laura was put into an induced dream state which began erasing memories. The Doctor was able to get her back to Atlantis and, with help, stop the dreams before critical damage was done. He still blames himself but is moving on. He considers Karlin a close friend, letting her pilot the TARDIS on a trip back to the city. He proudly claims she's as mad as he is. He mostly keeps to himself but enjoys hanging out with Althie and Jace. He likes tinkering with the TARDIS and training Laura as his "Time Padawan", though he is coming to realise she doesn't really need the help. He doesn’t like guns but has come to accept that they are a fact of life in Atlantis. He can’t stand ignorant people.
