I don't think so. You'd be able to see a glint of gold from the 'First Prime' symbol on his forehead if it was, although the MGM watermark may be obscuring it.

I think it's Teal'c. He may look a little bit different, 'cause he has a different hair as Ba'al's First Prime. But I'm pretty sure it's him.

It's not Teal'c lying there in that new pic. He's wearing different armour (most obviously in the pics, Teal'c doesn't have chainmail sleeves, that guy does).

its definately AT Teal'c. besides he has the gold symbol on his head, and we know he's Ba'al/Que'tesh's first prime. he just has longer hair that's all.
