So while listening to the AOT commentary, I did a little photo shoot...

Hah, there's a 20-pic limit to each post, so I have to do this in two parts. Part 2 is pretty short. Starting with some detail shots of the smaller accesories:

And, officially out of space on the shelf. I crammed everybody up there..still no room for the SGC gate and ramp, Atlantis gate, or the rings.

Great pics beck! they all look good and the accesories are cool. after looking at the jonas pics, it sucks that they put BDU arms. it ruins the whole figure, well lucky me i have a spare mitchell figure (i bought an extra to give daniel a vest) so i will do a quick mod to jonas and replace the whole arms. now i have to wait to get my jonas to start on this and he will look much better. again great pics.

Today I found an arrow. Well, I have it for some days actually, it came together with the Spike figure I ordered for customizing. But today I found the arrow again and suddenly had an inspiration what to use it for. Do you suspect yet? Yeah, it's the scene from "Spirits":



Actually there should be Daniel holding Jack from behind, but since he can't kneel... I had to skip this.

I recently made my first SG-1 figure purchases. I got the core four in the Desert outfits, a Jaffa Warrior Teal'c, and a Blue BDU Daniel.

I haven't decided whether or not to take my Jaffa Teal'c out of his container yet...

Cardboardia is awesome and it makes for a good, quick, easy to make environment for taking pics of these figs.

Oh how beautiful with the lake in the background! I always liked when you put your figures into "real" landscape, but these are especially awesome! Can't wait for mine to arrive...

Yeah, those pics are geat, Norrin! Really beautiful and the figs and accesories look great under natural light, especially the gate. Everything looks much more real.

DST should hire a pro to do some likewise photos, they'd probably sell more. MacFarlane usually does a bunch of nice promo pics of their figs, I remember how good the Aliens and Predators looked.

Sometime, I'd like to hit up a scene location from Stargate and take pictures. My Dad and I frequent the areas they film, so maybe they'd make some good pictures?

Wow! I have to add msyelf in there and say that those are beautiful shots, Norrin! They really make the figures look wonderful. The first shot is my favorite.

I really love the third shot...the shafts light, the lens flare...great 'texture' as Amanda might say .
