GENERAL NOTES:
Photo Ops take place in SUNSET ROOM, behind the front of the theatre. Please arrive 5 minutes prior and try not to wear white if possible. Take off glasses, lanyards and seat badges (but not wristbands) if possible as well. Creation’s photographer, CHRISTOPHER SCHMELKE, is the best and will make you feel comfortable and have fun!
At our various parties/breakfasts:
Photos may be taken as our celebrities enter only, then please put your cameras away so we can escort our stars around to personally meet you in a casual and fun way!

5:55 pm AUTOGRAPHS with CLIFF & COLIN first and complimentary for our GOLD WEEKEND PATRONS, PREFERRED WEEKEND and PREFERRED SATURDAY patrons, called in that order, and then followed by those with autograph tickets for any one or ALL of these celebrities (these are called by number) AUTOGRAPH TICKETS ARE AVAILABLE AT REGISTRATION for $20 each.

9:00 pm: Creation’s Stargate Celebrity Friday Night Cabaret in our main theatre: A fun night of entertainments featuring CLIFF SIMON, COLIN CUNNINGHAM and TONY AMENDOLA: complimentary for Gold & Preferred Weekend Patrons (keep your same seats!), separate ticket needed for others which can be purchased at registration for $30 for a reserved seat or $20 for general admission.

7 more hours til the movie and then tomorrow the con.. oh, the impatience.. i'm envious for you guys trekking down today, that means you won't be distracted at work tomorrow, looking at the clock, willing it to go faster. haha.

good god, can it be 5 yet. all i want is 5. then i can finish packing, see friends pickup camera, head to bed early... 12 hours before i leave the itty bitty town and head to Dallas, 15 hours till my flight, 17 hours till i get to AZ and see my friend, no clue how long from there can we leave to head to Burbank, pick up Nicole and hope to be in time for the autographs at least..... distracted? who me? I only have done maybe 3 pics and 4 cutlines.... and an update to the calendar of events.... which knocked my inbox down two pieces of paper.... not bad when there is 20 more....

Well, I'm very pleased to say I was one of a couple of hundred people who had the pleasure of seeing David Hewlett's "A Dog's Breakfast" tonight! My fannish feelings for those involved aside, it is truly a wonderful movie. So clever, well acted, very very funny, and it looks just beautiful. David did a wonderful job behind and in front of the camera. Plus he has a darn nice body when you get to see all of it (!). You wouldn't call it a typical independent film at all in terms of the level of quality of the various elements. Mum's the word about the story, though, 'cause that would ruin it! Suffice to say it's unpredictable! Jane said they are close to an announcement on distribution of the film, and I highly recommend everyone get out to see it as soon as they can!

David was so gracious and sweet. He walked the whole line before the show, thanking everyone, chatting, and taking pics. Jane was there too, and she's lovely and very polite and kind. And so was Kate, who is very pretty and down to earth and approachable too! Producer John Lenic was there, and the composer, whose name I forget. It seems none of the crew had met him in person so after he introduced himself he got lots of hugs. Well deserved -- the music was great as well.

After the movie David stayed outside the cinema while just about everyone came up to chat again and get autographs and pictures... He must have been so tired but he seems to have infinite patience. I think Jane was worried about him, but she had no chance of pulling him away

All in all a wonderful experience. More to come report-wise... Here are a some pics, of David, Kate, and David's partner Jane Loughman.

I got a few good ones, though. Here's David when someone handed him a cell phone to talk to her friend who couldn't make the screening. He was so sweet! He talked to her for several minutes, and I'm sure he almost gave the girl a heart attack.

What great fun to read the reports and see pics from the ADB showing - sounds like DH is so cool. How nice of him to give so much time to the fans! Hopefully, he'll also make an appearance in Vancouver in March?
