    I think they're just doing some remodeling - making way for new tech down there since the 'Gate takes up so much of the complex.

      So they spend a fortune moving out, then they spend a fortune moving back in. I wonder if they contracted the work out last time.

      I'm not suggesting that there are kickbacks involved, but... oh, wait, that's exactly what I'm suggesting.1

      1: The Military-Industrial Complex, ironically, isn't all that complex.

            Fun fact: Eisenhower, who coined the term in his farewell address, actually named it the Congressional-Military-Industrial complex. His advisor(s) implored him to remove "Congressional" from the speech, and although Eisenhower believed it was important to keep the Congressional component, he relented eventually. And so the world now speaks of the Military-Industrial complex, omitting an essential part of what Eisenhower conceived as a three-part cycle.
