The Seal of Rassilon, as originally seen in The Deadly Assassin, was in fact a re-used prop from Revenge of the Cybermen, where it was adorning a wall in the underground Vogan city.

I love humans... always seeing patterns in things that aren't there. Oh wait - that really was the same pattern!
