    ATA Gene O'neill and Sheppard.

Did anyone wonder why O'neill and Sheppard and ofc others are more advance?
In Atlantis it's explained that the Gene or mutation is random!?

Also could it be they had grand parents or great great great grand parents who where ascended people that may have fallen in love at the time and returned to human form?

Also it somewhat propels the human condition?

After the Ancients evacuated Atlantis and returned to Earth, some of them interbred with humans. As a result, a minority of the modern day population has the gene. It doesn't have anything to do with being more advanced, nor does it have anything to do with ascended beings. It's all about non-ascended Ancients.

That still doesn't exclude the possibility.
Orlin took human form to stay with carter and the other beings had no objection.

He only went back cause SGC went and try to activate the weapon anyway.
That and you needed to buy a new Toaster.

Regarding it all we honest still don't know what is all possible

Sure it's within the realm of possibility, but there's no reason to think that's actually the case.

If you start going that far into the realm of possibility, you could just as easily say that Daniel's great grandfather was Indiana Jones.
Please do me a huge favour and help me be with the love of my life.

            I can totally see that.

I think training and concentration might play a role in them being better able to use the Ancient tech, but it could be that they have a stronger manifestation of the Gene than Carson for example.

It's probably a recessive gene, and I would assume that Carson's gene therapy allows people who have it in its recessive form to still use it.

And if we're talking about realms of possibility, all Jedi have a strong manifestation of the Ancient gene.
