Having watched this yesterday I think It's an interesting concept and a new/different take on the zombie genre.

I did like it, but I kept thinking would we really accept the ''dead'' back into society even with them taking medicine to make them more human? I don't think we'd would.

I enjoy the concept too. although I found it a little slow at times. I also don't think that we would accept the 'Partially Deceased Syndrome' sufferers back into society and would have just killed them all off. I can understand what the Human Volunteer Force are doing, and why they're doing it. (although the scene with them dealing with the PDS woman in the street was a bit horrific.)

I'm glad there is a bit of humour in the show. My favourite scene was Philip searching through the files on his Mum's laptop when she catches him. His excuse of looking at porn, plus the bemused look on his Mum's face had me laughing out loud.

That bit made me laugh too.

But it's good to know after a zombie apocalypse there's still football and lovefilm, also if they're partially deceased, should they be able to breath? because while Kieren was running, he was out of breath.

There's some elements I like, but I think it could be done better.

Restarting this thread, as it's just started airing here in Oz on SBS...

I heard about the series a while back, and was pretty intrigued... though I guess I stupidly was thinking it was going to be more than a 3 parter... Too spoiled by Walking Dead I guess.

I enjoyed the first episode. As far fetched as the concept is (we are talking zombies though here folks), ultimately I think it's fairly plausible... And the reason why I can believe it... is that I don't think I could ever kill my own children if they became zombies... And if you then said to me, give them some drugs, they'll be... fine... sort of... Then I'd want to do it... I'd want them to be normal again.

              Looking forwards to ep2...
