My take on the Owl and the Pussy Cat...
The Asgard and the Colonel went to space
In a snazzy cloud-grey ship;
They took some turkey, and plenty of money,
Wrapped up in a bottle-green coat.
The Asgard looked up to the stars above,
And sang to a replicator guitar,
'O lovely Sammy ! O Sammy, my love,
What a beautiful Colonel you are,
You are,
You are !
What a beautiful Colonel you are !
Sammy said to the Asgard, 'You elegant midget !
How quaintly nasal you sing !
O let us be married ! Too long we have tarried :
But what shall we do for a ring?'
They flew away for a year and a day,
To the land where the replicators feed,
And there in a cave an Unas stood,
With a ring at the end of his snout,
His snout,
His snout,
With a ring at the end of his snout.
'Dear Unas, are you willing to sell for one tooth filling
Your ring?' Roared the Unas, 'Arrh will.'
So they took it away, and were married next day
By the outpost that sits on the hill.
They dined on turkey, and slices of jerky,
Which they ate with a replicator spoon;
And hand in hand, on the edge of the sand,
They jigged in the light of the moons,
The moons,
The moons,
They jigged by the light of the moons
